I have played most of them and I would have to say LoZ: The Wind Waker is my favorite with Ocarina of Time in a close second and the original Legend of Zelda in third.

Hard choice, but it would be one of the games available on the Gameboy Color. Links Awakening DX was my first Legend of Zelda game, and both Oracle games improve on the gameplay in that game. I guess I'll go with Oracle of Ages since I love time travel more than messing with the weather.
